1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Global Industrial National Trade Show (“Event”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not complete your registration.

2. Event Registration
All registrations must be completed with accurate, current, and complete information. Registration is non-transferable unless explicitly approved by event organizers. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel registrations at its discretion.

3. Payment & Fees
All applicable registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.
Pricing is subject to change without notice prior to registration confirmation.
All payments are processed securely through the event platform.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled event start date. Cancellations received within four (4) days of the event start date, as well as failure to attend (“no-shows”), are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. By registering for this event, you agree to these terms and understand that no exceptions will be made.

5. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to:

• Modify the event schedule, speakers, or program content
• Change event format (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
• Adjust venue or timing if necessary
  
  

6. Code of Conduct
All attendees agree to:

• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
• Comply with venue rules and applicable laws
• Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Photography & Media Release
By attending, you grant permission for:

• Photography, video, and audio recording
• Use of your likeness for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes
• If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify the event organizer in advance.

8. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property
• Attendance is at your own risk
• The organizer is not liable for delays, disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control

9. Intellectual Property
All event materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of the organizer or respective speakers and may not be reproduced without permission.
